Privacy statement: the way we treat your information.
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the visitor's domain name and/or IP address, but not the e-mail address (where possible). We collect only the domain name and/or IP address, but not the e-mail address of visitors to our web pages.
The e-mail addresses and names of those who communicate with us via e-mail are gathered only if they are volunteered by the visitor when they sign up to become a member of the JSoft Community. The information we collect is used to send community and/or product updates to each member. The JSoft Community will not share this information with other organizations for commercial and/or other purposes.
When you install one of our software packages you are obliged to enter your Name and/or Company name during the installation process. This information is NOT collected by us. It is used by the software to identify the owner of the software when you click on Help (from within the program) and display the About box.
In our Biorhythm software packages (Easy Biorhythms and Biorhythms) the names, surnames and dates of birth entered into the software are only used in the calculation and display of biorhythms. This information is NOT collected by us.
When you download and install one of our software packages, you are also obliged to supply us with a valid email address so we can send you an evaluation code. This allows you to evaluate the software freely for 30 days. Email addresses collected in this fashion are used to send product update notices on a regular basis.
If you do not wish to share that information with us, then please don't download our software.
If you do not want to receive e-mails from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail to us at remove@jsoftconsulting.com from the email address you wish removed, with REMOVE in the subject. You will be added to our never send list and will not receive any more emails from us.
It is not our policy to share customer names and/or e-mail addresses with third parties.
